Be it logo design or other fields, the role of social media cannot be underestimated. Social media is the latest craze for any business publicity, so why be an exception to logo design! However, that doesn’t mean SM doesn’t have flaws. The logo designers out there should not be misunderstood here. My intention is not to scare you guys!
Each technology has its own advantages and disadvantages. The best way a logo artist can promote himself is by using SM. Easier, smoother and faster! As a designer, you can simply tweet on Twitter, and can connect with like-minded professionals to share ideas, best practices and express views or opinions.
It also lets you connect with the community to help other designers and offer feedback. On the SM platform, publicity also spread by word of mouth.
3. Easy Client Hunt!
With SM, it is easier for designers to find potential clients and promising business opportunities. Similarly, it becomes easier for clients to hire a professional logo artist.
4. Creative Discussion
SM websites like Facebook and Twitter are also great for starting creative and healthy discussions about using color, images, designs, or taglines to design logos. It helps in increasing the creativity of the designers and their creative juices keep flowing!
SOCIAL MEDIA – DISADVANTAGES
1. Spam Victim
Logo artists can be the biggest victims of spamming if they overuse social media. This can create confusion or confusion for the designer. Due to spamming, logo artists are often mistaken for spammers, and this creates a negative impact on their careers.

If logo artists overuse SM, it can distract them from their work. This way they lose focus, lose productivity and suffer quality!
