MFA programs operate under the philosophy that experimenting across genres builds better writers. In this class, students learn how to effectively interact with works in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction. We are unique in offering three fine arts programs in creative writing: a BFA, an MFA (writing for adults), and an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults (MFAC).
