Seeds of Literacy is a non-profit organization that provides FREE basic education and GED®, TASC®, and HiSET® preparation to adults in the Cleveland area. Students, volunteers, and donors all work to break a root cause of poverty: illiteracy. The Literacy Cooperative is an umbrella organization that brings foundations, organizations and people together to find practical solutions to improve literacy. We are mobilizing Northeast Ohio resources to increase reading, math and digital literacy, beginning at birth, so our kids are performing at grade level throughout their educational.

Find a Local Literacy Program The National Literacy Directory is designed to help individuals find local literacy and education programs and GED testing centers in their areas. The National Literacy Directory contains over 7, educational agencies located across the United States. Aspire Greater Cleveland provides free High School Equivalency Diploma, adult basic literacy, English for Speakers of Other Languages, citizenship classes and software certification programs. Flexible class schedules are available. Call to get started.
